17 Apr BATT Argentina “La Reserva #26” – Reporte de la corrida (14/04/2018)
Un nuevo BATTday y el Equipo de Voluntarios de BATT Argentina llegaba a “La Reserva” bien temprano para realizar todos los preparativos necesarios y organizarse poder disfrutar de otro gran evento con nuestros miembros.
Esta semana, Naty y Lule se sumaban al equipo de voluntarios y mientras Seb chequeaba las condiciones del recorrido, ellas se encargaban de preparar las señales y equipos en nuestra “Área de Reunión” y los primeros participantes llegaban.
Un día genial y las condiciones del terreno eran más que óptimas. Los participantes comenzaban a agruparse en nuestra “Punto de Encuentro”, los voluntarios finalizaban con los preparativos y Seb se preparaba para dar los anuncios iniciales.
La seguridad de los participantes es fundamental en los eventos de BATT Argentina y como es su costumbre, Seb proporciono unos cortos anuncios para los 5 nuevos participantes del día, supo responder preguntas y aclaro las dudas naturales previas a la prueba. Luego proveyó unos breves anuncios para el resto de los corredores y culmino sus mensajes con un fuerte aplauso para los voluntarios del día.
El equipo de voluntarios tomaba posiciones, y los corredores partían para organizarse en 
la largada. Ezequiel retornaba luego de su viaje por el viejo continente y conversaba con Carlos que se encontraba listo para completar su “Décimo” evento en “La Reserva”, uniéndose al Club “10” junto a Guille y JuanJo.
Antes de su viaje, Ezequiel había intentado romper la Marca del Recorrido (17:15) y no lo había podido lograr por mero dos segundos. Y estaba listo para probar nuevamente!!
En el aire se podía percibir gran expectativa y nuestros corredores estaban listos. Todos aguardaban ansiosos el anuncio inicial y estábamos listos para disfrutar una nueva y vibrante corrida de BATT Argentina en “La Reserva”.
Nuestra nueva Fiscalizadora de Tiempos tomaba su posición y tras unos últimos breves anuncios de seguridad. Preparados, listos y Yaaaaa!!!!!! Y nuestros participantes arrancaban sólidamente.
Una salida reñida entre algunos de nuestros regulares Carlos, Ezequiel, Facundo, Dickson, Lean y Armando a los que se les sumaban Rafael y Emmanuel en la lucha por la punta. 
Los seguían de cerca un segundo pelotón con varios de nuestros corredores regulares, esta vez acompañados por Fabian, Susana y María quienes también sorteaban nuestro recorrido por primera vez.
Y al final, como es costumbre, se encontraba nuestro Voluntaria de Cola, Zully que nuevamente garantizaba la seguridad de nuestros corredores cuidándoles la retaguardia. Muchas gracias Zully! Tu ayuda y solidaridad son muy valorados por todo el grupo.
Las malas condiciones climáticas en previas semanas no habían permitido a nuestros corredores obtener muy buenos tiempos en el día, las condiciones del día eran muy propicias y ya desde etapas tempranas podíamos observar extraordinarias performances.
Y siguiendo con nuestra predicción, cuando el cronometro apenas rondaba los 15 minutos, a lo lejos podíamos divisar la silueta de Ezequiel, quien lograba cruzar la meta en un increíble tiempo de 16:40. 
Logrando una nueva Marca Personal y también reafirmando su Record en “La Reserva”. Wow! Ezequiel no para de deslumbrarnos con sus tiempos. Quien sabe hasta dónde puede llegar?
Lo siguió muy de cerca Carlos, con otro fantástico tiempo de 17:36; mientras que el
ultimo escalón del podio fue conseguido por Arnaldo con otra brillante performance en un tiempo de 19:51. Que grandes corridas! Una excelente performance!
Y esto no fue todo, los corredores continuaban llegando a la meta y siguiendo con la seguidilla de tiempos brillantes. El cuarto en terminar la prueba fue Facu, 
seguido por Dickson y Lean. Todos obteniendo nuevas Marcas Personales!! Felicitaciones muchachos. Un esfuerzo extraordinario.
Posteriormente, y también marcando brillantes tiempos, fue el turno de nuestros debutantes, con Emmanuel terminando en un grandioso tiempo de 23:19 en su primer evento con BATT Argentina, seguido bien de cerca por Rafael con 25:48, Fabian en 30:06, Susana en 44:18 y María que terminaba en un tiempo de 53:41. Felicitaciones a todos. Una gran primera experiencia con nosotros y los esperamos con los brazos abiertos para próximos eventos.
Zully, también concluía su vuelta y se reunía con todos los demás participantes que se encontraban en el área de reunión conversando y relajándose después de sus corridas.
Que grandioso evento hemos disfrutado. Una gran corrida por parte de todos los participantes. dos nuevos voluntarios, nueve nuevas Marcas Personales, magníficos tiempos de nuestros Nuevos participantes y excelentes performances de nuestros corredores regulares

BATT Argentina “La Reserva #26” – Run Report (14/04/2018)
A new BATTday arrived and the BATT Argentina Volunteers Team was early in “La Reserva” to make all the necessary preparations and setups to be able to enjoy another wonderful event with our members.
And on this week, Naty and Lule were added to the volunteers Team so, while Seb was checking the course conditions, they prepare the signals and equipment on our “Meeting Area”, while the first participants started to arrive.
A gorgeous day and very appropriate course conditions for running. The participants started to get together in our “Meeting Point”, the volunteers were finishing setting up the last bits and Seb was getting ready to give his initial safety briefing.
BATT Argentina events are all about the safety of the participants and, as per usual, Seb gave a short speech for the 5 First Timers, gave the Safety briefing to all the day participants and concluded his announcements with a big applause for the day Volunteers.
The volunteers got ready and took their places and the day runners started to get organized in the start line. Ezequiel was back from his trip to Europe and was chatting with Carlos who was ready to complete his “Tenth” event in “La Reserva”; joining the “10” Club with Guille & JuanJo
Before his travelling, Ezequiel had tried to break the Course PB (17:15) being just unsuccessful by a mere two seconds. And he was ready to give it a try again!!
Great expectations in the air in all our runners were getting ready. Everybody was anxiously waiting for the initial announcements; ready to enjoy a new vibrant run from BATT Argentina in “La Reserva”.
Our new Timer was getting in her position and after a few short Safety announcements. READY….. SET ….. GOOOOOOO!! And all our participants started their test in a solid fashion.
A very tight start between some of our regulars Carlos, Ezequiel, Facundo, Dickson, Lean and Armando, with the addition of Rafael and Emmanuel also challenging to get the front of the field.
Following very close, there was a second group of runners with more of our regulars and this week, accompanied by Fabian, Susana and Maria that where completing “La Reserva” course for the first time with us.
At the back of the field as usual, it was Zully acting as a Tale volunteer to guarantee the safety of our runners and watching out for anything unusual during the run. Thank you very much Zully! Your help and solidarity are much appreciated by the whole group.
Not the best running conditions on previous weeks, didn’t let our runners to get great times, but on the day, the conditions were superb and from early stages of the run, we could start seeing marvellous performances.
And as predicted, just when the timer was crossing the 15min barrier, we can start seeing Ezequiel’s shape from the distance. And finishing as a thunderbolt, he managed to crossed the goal in an astonishing time of 16:40, achieving both well deserved Personal and Course PBs in “La Reserva”. Wow man! Ezequiel keeps surprising us with his times. Who know how fast this bloke can Be. Amazing mate. Well done buddy!
In second place, also with another fantastic time, it was Carlos in 17:36, and the last step of the podium was achieved by Arnaldo with another brilliant PB of 19:51. Great runs guys! Excellent performances!
And they didn’t stop there! Our runners continue clocking brilliant times. In fourth position was Facu, closely followed by Dickson and Lean. All of them achieving Personal Bests!! Congrats guys. Superb efforts!
OK, no PBs, but also wonderful times from our First Timers, with Emmanuel finishing in 23:19 in his first event with us, Rafael with 25:48, Fabian in 30:06, Susana 44:18 and María finishing in a time of 53:41. Big congrats to all of them on a great first run with us and wait for you with open arms in our next events.
Zully also concluded her round and quickly joined with the other participants in the “Meeting Area” to chat and have a relaxing time after their runs.
What a wonderful event we had the chance to enjoy. A great run from all our participants, two new volunteers, nine new PBs achieved, magnificent times from our First Timers, great performances and a lot of Fun.
