12 Sep BATT Argentina “La Reserva #47” – Reporte de la corrida (08/09/2018)
El equipo de Voluntarios de BATT Argentina arribaba a “La Reserva” desde tempranas horas del sábado, y mientras Seb daba su vuelta de reconocimiento del recorrido para chequear que las condiciones del terreno fueran propicias y seguras para el desarrollo de la corrida, los demás integrantes del equipo continuaban con las preparaciones del evento y daban la bienvenida a los primeros participantes del día.
Maravillosas condiciones climáticas para correr y en el día dábamos la bienvenida a Ricardo en nuestro equipo de Voluntarios, contábamos además con otros siete nuevos participantes y Milena que nos visitaba nuevamente, esta vez, para sumarse a nuestros corredores. Una genia!! Vamos Milena!
En el día, Seb fue el Director de la Corrida; y luego de brindar unos cortos anuncios generales y dar algunos tips de seguridad 
a todos los participantes; les recordaba a todos los participantes la importancia de contar con su Tarjeta y Código Personal porque de esta forma se puede asegurar el buen funcionamiento de todos nuestros procesos de registro de tiempos para todos los participantes.
Y al finalizar con estos cortos anuncios, todos realizaron una gran ronda de aplausos para todos los voluntarios del día (Su – Maga – Rodrigo – Seb)
Los participantes se dirigían a la meta y tomaban posiciones. Magali, que en el día actuaba como Fiscalizadora 
de Tiempos daba unos últimos anuncios de seguridad y al grito de 3…. 2…..1…. Yaaaaaa, indicaba la largada para todos nuestros participantes, que rápidamente partían y comenzaban a acomodar sus posiciones por el campo.
Néstor y Darío rápidamente tomaron la punta, ambos dispuestos y muy determinados a buscar bajar sus marcas personales.
Asimismo, varios de nuestros corredores regulares se acomodaban por detrás; buscando alcanzar el último escalón de nuestro podio.
Walter nuevamente se mantenía siempre cercano al pack de punta a un ritmo rápido, buscando nuevamente alcanzar un nuevo PB en el recorrido 
de “La Reserva”.
Desde tempranas horas de la corrida, los diferentes participantes intercambiaban sus posiciones y en el medio del grupo, se desarrolló un muy interesante duelo de mujeres, con Ingrid, Lu, Noe, Maru, Ash y Natacha corriendo a la par y buscando reducir sus marcas personales.
Debemos agradecer a Pato & Dickson que en el día decidieron correr un poco más despacio y acompañar a dos de nuestros nuevos participantes, Max y Gaby, que recorrían “La Reserva” por primera vez y se habían quedado un poco más rezagados
En el día contábamos con 7 nuevos participantes sorteando los pasajes de “La Reserva”. Bienvenidos Gabriela A, Agus, Patricia, Natacha, Gaby P., Milena, Max y Leonardo.
Según lo comentado anteriormente, una corrida concurrida por bastantes nuevos participantes que se intercalaban entre varios de los regulares y agregaban esa pimienta y emoción al evento. Una muy divertida experiencia para todos.
Y mientras tanto en la base, nuestro equipo de voluntarios organizaba la zona de llegada, y ansiosamente aguardaba la llegada de los
primeros participantes.
Desde lejos podíamos observar a Néstor en la punta, acercándose a la meta a toda velocidad y cruzando la línea final con un tiempo de 17:49. No fue una nueva marca personal para él, pero demuestra que los motores están en marcha y nuevas marcas están por llegar. Vamos por más Néstor. Una bestia!
En segundo lugar, arribaba Darío que en su segunda carrera lograba una marca impresionante. Y cortando su tiempo por casi un minuto y medio, lograba una marca personal de 18:34. Felicitaciones Champ!!
La tercera posición fue obtenida por Walter que, realizando nuevamente su brutal arremetida final, completando su quinta corrida en nuestros eventos, y lograba una nueva marca personal de 21:05. Excelente actuación campeón.
Luego arribaba a la meta Noe que por escasos 5 segundos, no alcanzaba superar la marca obtenida en su primera visita en nuestros eventos en la semana anterior. Felicitaciones Noe! Muy buena corrida y excelentes tiempos.
Y por detrás, en la intricada batalla de las chicas, fue Maru quien lideraba el malón, seguida por Ash e Ingrid que superaba por un segundo su anterior marca. Muy bueno Ingrid. Un Genial PB! Y unos segundos más tarde, completaban el grupo Lu y Natacha.
Continuaban las excelentes actuaciones con varios corredores finalizando la prueba y obteniendo grandes PBs; y mientras aguardábamos la finalización de la corrida por parte de todos nuestros corredores;
voluntarios y todos nuestros participantes se distendían en nuestra “Área de Reunión” donde se relajaban, elongaban músculos y compartían historias con otros miembros.
Es muy importante recordar que todos nuestros 
eventos se pueden llevar a cabo gracias al valioso aporte y voluntad de nuestros miembros. Todos y cada uno de nuestros miembros es un vital participante. Los eventos de BATT Argentina los hacemos entre todos.

Y luego de finalizar su corrida Guille, por 
detrás de él se acercaba a la meta nuestra nueva pareja proveniente de Costa Rica. Con Gaby P. y Max cruzando la línea final y completando su primera corrida en los eventos de BATT Argentina se daba por terminada nuestra corrida #47 en “La Reserva”.

“Otra gran experiencia en “La Reserva”; nuestro equipo y los eventos cada vez se encuentran más sólidos y continuamos sumando adeptos”
Al finalizar el evento, Leonardo fue el feliz ganador en el sorteo de la remera de BATT Argentina, y la mayor parte del grupo se reunieron en un after a las afueras de “La Reserva” para celebrar el cumple de Maru y también se organizaron para ir varios de ellos en grupo, de visita a los 10K de Gendarmería a celebrarse en Puerto Madero el día siguiente.
En resumen, fue una excelente mañana con la familia de BATT Argentina, donde todos y cada uno de los participantes aporta su granito de arena y deja su marca. Una huella donde todos somos parte.
Les deseamos una excelente semana y los esperamos a todos el próximo sábado para compartir otra grandiosa corrida en “La Reserva”.

BATT Argentina – Run Report – “La Reserva #47” (08/09/2018)
Early on Saturday, the volunteers Team of BATT Argentina arrived to “La Reserva” and, while Seb was performing his regular recognition Lap to check that all the conditions of our course were optimal to perform our run ensuring the safety of all our participants, our volunteers started to welcome our first participants in our “Meeting Point” area
With wonderful weather conditions for running, on the day we were welcoming Ricardo to our volunteer Team. We also welcome seven new participants, and Milena was coming back in our events, this time not as volunteer, but included into the runners’ pack. What a Star! Keep it up Milena!
Seb was the Run Director of the day and after providing some general announcement and safety tips to all the participants; he remembered to all of them regarding the importance of bringing their Personal “BATT Argentina” card and code, because having it, its crucial to ensure that all the time registration process is correct for all the participants.
And concluding with these short announcements, all together gave a big round of applauses to all the day volunteers (Su – Magalí – Rodrigo – Seb)
All the day participants commenced their journey to the starting area. Magali was our Timer on the day, and after providing a few last minute safety tips for all the participants, she gave the starting signal. 3….. 2….. 1…… & GOOOOOOO!! And all the bunch commenced their run in a very fast manner and start spreading through the course
Néstor y Darío quickly took the lead, both very determined in having a good performance trying to reduce their personal times.
Quite a few of our regular runners were taking positions closely, intending to get the last step of the podium.
Walter was once again close to the leading pack at a very pace pace and was trying to get a new PB in our “La Reserva” course.
From early stages of the run, quite a few participants kept interchanging their positions and close to the middle of the pack, there was a very interesting contest between our ladies, with Ingrid, Lu, Noe, Maru, Ash and Natacha running very closely at full speed intending to get new PBs.
A special mention for Pato & Dickson that on the day, decided not to run at full speed and took care of the safety of our new runners, Gaby & Max that were relegated at the back, running close to them.
7 new runners on the day were sorting out the different paths of “La Reserva”. We welcome Gaby A, Agus, Patricia, Natacha, Gaby P., Milena, Max & Leonardo.
As commented before, quite a few new participants in between some of our regular ones, adding some interesting spicy pepper and thrilling emotion to the event. A wonderful experience with plenty of fun for all.
Back on base, our volunteers’ team was completing with the setup of the finishing area and was anxiously awaiting for the arrival of the first participants.
And from the distance we can start picking that Nestor was on the lead, approaching the goal at full speed and crossing the finish line in first position with a time of 17:49. It was not a PB for him, but we can see that wheels are in motion and the times are going down fast. Keep it up Nestor! That’s the way mate….
In second place, it was Dario, that on his second run in our field, performed superbly and managed to reduce his previous mark by almost one minute and a half, getting a new PB of 18:34. Big congrats Champ!
And after some work during the run, the third position of our pack was taken by Walter with his regular impressive sprint finish. Completing his fifth run with us and getting a wonderful PB after clocking 21:05. Well done my friend! Superb effort.
After him, it was the turn of Noe, that by just 5 seconds missed the chance of improving the time obtained on her first event with us on the previous week. Well done Noe! Great run and superb times!
A little backward, the superb battle of the ladies was getting to an end and Maru was leading the pack, closely followed by Ash and Ingrid that managed to improved her previous mark by a sec. That’s great Ingrid! Let’s keep it up. And a few seconds later, Lu and Natacha concluded her runs.
The excellent performances and brilliant times continue and while waiting for all our runners to complete their runs, runners, volunteers and all the event participants were chilling in our “Meeting Point” area, where they were relaxing, stretching their muscles and sharing stories with the other members.
It is very important to remember that all our events are possible thanks to the valuable effort of all our members. All and each of them is a vital participant. The BATT Argentina events are made between all of us.

Guille concluded his run, and after him it 
was the turn of our new couple from Costa Rica. With Gaby and Max crossing the finish line and completing their first event with us, we concluded our 47th run in “La Reserva”.

Concluding our event, Leonardo won the raffle of the BATT Argentina T-Shirt, most part of the group got together in an “after” outside “La Reserva” to celebrate Maru’s Birthday and got organised to visit “Gendarmería 10K” the following day.
To sum up, it was another excellent morning with the BATT Argentina family, where all and each of its participants is leaving their personal mark. Footprints from which we are all part.
