19 Mar BATT Argentina “La Reserva #22” – Reporte de la corrida (17/03/2018)
Sábado nuevamente, y desde tempranas horas de la mañana, Agus y su equipo de voluntarios arribaban a nuestra locación para realizar todos los chequeos y preparativos necesarios para poder desarrollar otro seguro y fantástico evento para todos los miembros de BATT Argentina.
Seb realizaba su vuelta de reconocimiento del recorrido mientras 
Agus terminaba de arreglar las señales y los equipos en nuestra “Área de Encuentro” y comenzaba a dar la bienvenida a los primeros participantes.
Un clima bastante cambiante en la mañana del Sábado, con una pequeña garua que intimido a alguno de nuestros participantes; pero con pleno sol diez minutos después. Es importante recordar que todos los eventos de BATT Argentina se realizan todos los sábados sin excepción y “NO SE CANCELAN POR LLUVIA”.
El único caso en el que evento puede ser cancelado es en situaciones donde el desarrollo del evento pueda ser perjudicial para la salud y/o seguridad de alguno de los participantes. Y en dicho caso, el Equipo de BATT Argentina tomará todas las medidas necesarias para poder comunicar a la totalidad de sus miembros con la mayor antelación posible.
Como es costumbre, ya más cercanos a nuestro tiempo de largada, miembros y corredores se agrupaban en nuestra “Área de Reunión” y mientras aguardábamos al resto de los participantes del día, Seb comenzaba sus breves anuncios y avisos iniciales para asegurar la seguridad de todos, finalizando con un cálido aplauso para todos los voluntarios del día.
Luego de los breves anuncios de seguridad, Agus y todos los voluntarios
tomaban sus posiciones mientras los corredores del día se dirigían a la Largada.
Tensión en el aire y detrás de la línea de partida, todos los corredores aguardaban ansiosos el anuncio inicial.
Preparados, listos y Yaaaaa!!!!!!
Y nuestros participantes arremetían en la primera recta del recorrido tras el grito de largada de nuestro fiscalizador de tiempos que intentaba Iniciar cronómetros, tomar fotos y dar fuertes palabras de aliento a los corredores.
Esta semana, Carlos ayudaba al equipo y se mantenía en la retaguardia como corredor de Cola y además nos deleitó con una importante cantidad de tomas fotográficas de los corredores en diversas partes del recorrido. Muchas gracias Carlos!! Un fuerte aplauso. Un gran valor y una pieza clave en nuestro equipo.
Al igual que nuestros últimos eventos, Ezequiel tomo la punta desde el 
inicio, seguido muy de cerca por Bruno que se encontraba realizando su primera experiencia con BATT Argentina en “La Reserva”.
Del mismo modo, batallando por la tercera posición, se encontraban Leandro y Guillermo a un ritmo rápido y consistente lo que nos permitía ilusionarnos con la obtención de fantásticos tiempos finales.
Durante la corrida, el cielo se limpiaba y el sol comenzaba a sentirse. Además, de poder 
disfrutar de una magnifica corrida, nuestros corredores siempre comentan las imponentes vistas que pueden disfrutar durante el transcurso de su vuelta.
Durante el transcurso de la corrida, Bruno no alcanzó a mantener el intenso ritmo de Ezequiel, que intentaba alcanzar una nueva Marca Personal. Y sí que estuvo cerca.
Finalizando de una manera excepcional como es su costumbre, 
Ezequiel lograba la primera posición nuevamente con un fabuloso tiempo de 17:17, muy cercano a la actual Marca del Recorrido impuesta por el mismo en semanas anteriores (Marca del recorrido: 17:15 -16/02/2018).
Luego de finalizar su prueba y estirar sus músculos, Ezequiel nos brindó una gran ayuda tomando unas interesantes fotografías de los momentos finales del resto de nuestros corredores. Muchas gracias por tu soporte y compromiso Campeón!
Bruno finalizó su primera corrida con nosotros en segundo lugar con un tiempo de 20:47 y Leandro obtuvo la última posición de nuestro podio en 23:53, que es realmente cercano a su Marca Personal de 23:42
A medida que los participantes del día fueron concluyendo la corrida, se iban agrupando para refrescarse, estirar y compartir un grato momento de distención en el “área de Reunión” mientras aguardábamos por Carlos y Naty que concluía su prueba en un magnifico tiempo de 31:01 muy cercano a su Marca Personal.
“Otra gran experiencia en “La Reserva”; nuestro equipo y los eventos cada vez se encuentran más sólidos y continuamos sumando adeptos a nuestra comunidad”
Realmente ha sido un evento más que entretenido y particular; y aunque no contamos con ninguna nueva Marca Personal, hemos podido disfrutar maravillosas actuaciones y fabulosos tiempos.
Nos estamos acercando a nuestro evento número 25 y nuevas sorpresas se avecinan. Mas información por venir en las próximas semanas.

BATT Argentina “La Reserva #22” – Run Report (17/03/2018)
Saturday once again, and early in the morning Agus and her Volunteering Team arrived to our venue to set-up the equipment and make all the necessary checks to be able to have another safe and fantastic event for all our BATT Argentina Members.
Seb started his course recognition Lap while Agus finished off with all the set-ups in our “Meeting Point” area and started welcoming our first participants.
A very tricky weather on Saturday morning, with a very light 10 minute drizzle that might have intimidated a few of our regular runners; but with the sun coming back just 10 minute later. It is very important to remember that all of BATT Argentina events are done “EVERY” Saturday and they are “NOT CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE RAIN”
Cancellations will only be made in situations where the development of the event could be harmful or not safe for our participants. And in that case, The BATT Argentina Team will use all the available resources to communicate its members as soon as possible.
As usual, runners and members were getting together in our “Meeting Point” area and while waiting for the rest of the day participants, Seb gave some brief announcements and tips to ensure the safety of everyone, concluding his speech with a very warm applause and thanks for all the volunteers of the day
Once concluded the Announcements and Safety Briefing, all the volunteers took their positions while the day runners start going to the stat line.
Some tension in the air and behind the starting line, all our runners were anxiously waiting for the initial announcement.
READY…. SET….. GOOOOOO !!!!!!
And all our participants pushed strongly into the first straight after our Timekeeper starting call; who was multitasking, trying to start the timers, take same photos while providing some encouraging words to our runners.
This week, Carlos was performing as Tale Runner taking care of the back of all our participants, and he also helped greatly taking quite a few photographs of our members while they were performing their runs. Thank you very much Carlos. Outstanding ovation. A Key Stone in our Team.
Performing as it was expected, Ezequiel took the lead from the start, followed closely by Bruno who was doing his first experience with BATT Argentina in “La Reserva”.
To add up, battling for the third position, were Leandro and Guillermo in a quick and consistent rhythm that let us build our expectations for some great finish times.
During the run, the skies started to clear and we started to feel the sun heat. And, in addition to enjoying another magnificent run, our runners always are delighted with the beautiful views that they can enjoy in our venue.
During the run, Bruno did not manage to keep up with Ezequiel’s intense rhythm, who was chasing a new PB. And it was really close indeed.
Finishing his run in an astonishing fashion as he is used to, Ezequiel got the first spot once again with a surprising time of 17:17, very close to the current course PB settled by him a few weeks before (Course PB: 17:15 -24/02/2018)
After finishing his run and doing some stretching, Ezequiel also gave us a hand taking some pictures of the rest of the runners crossing the finish line. Thank you very much for your support and commitment Champ!!
Bruno finishes his first run with us in second place with a closing time of 20:47 and finally, it was Leandro who ended up taking the last spot of our podium in 23:53, that is a very close time to his best of 23:42.
Little by little our participants were finishing their runs and they were getting together in our “Meeting area” to refresh themselves, stretch their muscles and share a great relaxing moment while waiting for Carlos and Naty that at the end concluded her run in a magnificent time of 31:01, 5 seconds short of her PB.
“Another great experience in” La Reserva “; our team and the events are becoming more solid and we continue to add participants to the community “
It was really another wonderful, full of entertainment and, although none of the runners managed to get a new PB, we managed to enjoy some wonderful performances and quite a few fabulous times.
We are getting close to our 25th event and new surprises are coming. More information still to come in following weeks.
