19 Feb BATT Argentina “La Reserva #18” – Reporte de la corrida (17/02/2018)
Una excelente mañana en la city Porteña y como de costumbre, Agus y todo su equipo de voluntarios se encargaban de asegurar las condiciones y realizar los preparativos necesarios para que todos nuestros miembros puedan disfrutar de otro magnifico BATTday en “La Reserva”.
Los corredores se iban congregando en nuestro “Punto de Reunión” y Seb se encargó de dar unos breves mensajes 
informativos y algunos tips para garantizar la seguridad de todos los participantes y de todos los individuos en la reserva.
Y como es costumbre, finalizó con un gran agradecimiento para todos voluntarios del día.
En el día, contamos con nuevos participantes, algunos de los regulares y varios importantes retornos después de unas lindas vacaciones.
Carlos y Ezequiel retornaban a nuestras filas con muchas ganas de superar nuevamente sus tiempos. Recordemos que Ezequiel ha conseguido la “Marca del Recorrido” en “La Reserva” en sus últimas tres concurrencias (MP de “La Reserva”: 19:09 10/02/2018).
Asimismo Carlos, quien había terminado segundo en su primera participación en nuestros eventos la semana previa, nos comentaba que sentía que las condiciones del día eran buenas e intentaría superar su Marca Personal de 19:11 (10/02/2018).
Este sábado recibimos a Hugo en nuestras filas y tuvimos el agrado de presenciar el retorno de importantes miembros de nuestra comunidad con Natalia, Leandro y Jordy.
Y entre las chicas. Ingrid retornaba a nuestros eventos luego de haber conseguido superar la Marca de Natalia en su primera corrida con nosotros, por lo que vislumbrábamos otra batalla en nuestro campo.
Todos los corredores tomaban sus posiciones 
y aguardaban ansiosos el anuncio inicial.
Preparados, listos y Yaaaaa!!!!!! Y nuestros participantes arremetían en la primera recta del recorrido …..
Como era de esperarse, Carlos y Ezequiel comenzaron con un sólido tranco y tomaron la 
punta rápidamente. Seguidos bien de cerca por Jordy, y un poco más atrás por un segundo pelotón formado por Leandro, JuanJo y Guille.
Además, no olvidemos la batalla de las chicas, buscando mejorar sus tiempos y a Hugo que intentaba completar el recorrido de “La Reserva” por primera vez.
Ezequiel y Carlos volvieron a correr juntos durante la mayor parte del curso; solo distanciándose brevemente a partir de la segunda mitad. Y al final, pudiendo cumplir con un excelente plan de accion, fue Ezequiel quien logro terminar la prueba en primer lugar con un fantástico tiempo de 17:28. Que buen tiempo campeón!!
En segundo lugar arribó Carlos, también logrando una extraordinaria Marca personal (18:11), logrando reducir su mejor tiempo por exactamente 1:00 minuto. Que buena corrida Carlos!! Un tiempo excelente.
Luego en tercer lugar, arribó Jordy quien también logró un increíble tiempo de 20:24, y poco a poco los demás corredores fueron concluyendo su prueba.
Pese al duro trabajo, esta vez las chicas no lograron reducir sus tiempos previos, pero en el día se pudieron lograr grandes Marcas Personales (Ezequiel 17:28; Carlos 18:11; Jordy 20:24 y Guillermo 25:08).
A medida que los participantes del día fueron concluyendo la corrida, se iban agrupando para refrescarse, estirar y compartir un grato momento de distención en el “área de 
Reunión” y una vez reunidos todos, se aprovechó el tiempo para brindar unos anuncios finales, felicitar a todos los corredores y aunque una semana tarde, brindar una especial mención a Guillermo por haber concluido su décimo evento con nosotros.
Nuevamente felicitaciones a todos los corredores por su participación.

BATT Argentina “La Reserva #18” – Run Report (17/02/2018)
Its Saturday, the city of Buenos Aires wakes up with a great morning, and as per usual, Agus and all her Volunteers Team was ready to make all the necessary preparations and checks to ensure that all our members could enjoy another wonderful BATTday in “La Reserva”.
All the runners were getting together in our “Meeting Point” and Seb started to give some brief announcements and tips to ensure the safety of all the participants and people in our venue. Finishing, as always, with a very cordial thanks and applause for all the day volunteers.
This Saturday we welcome new participants, we enjoy the company of some of the regulars and we had some very important returning members coming back from holidays.
Carlos and Ezequiel were back in our field ready to chase further improvements in their times. Please bear in mind that Ezequiel has broken “La Reserva” course PB on his last three appearances (“La Reserva” PB: 19:09 10/02/2018).
On the other hand, Carlos, the one taking the second place after the brilliant first place and PB from Ezequiel, commented that he was feeling good on the day and was ready to chase for a new PB (19:11 10/02/2018).
We welcome Hugo to our events on Saturday and we have the delightful return of some of the very first members of our community, with Natalia, Leandro and Jordy.
And between the girls. Ingrid was back in our events after improving Natalia’s course PB in her first run with us; so we could anticipate another battle in the making in our field.
All the runners took their positions and were anxiously waiting on the starting line. Some final late announcements provided by the BATT Team and ……….
READY…. SET….. GOOOOOO !!!!!! And all our participants pushed strongly into the first straight …
As we were expecting, Carlos and Ezequiel took the lead straight away with a solid pace. Closely followed by Jordy and, a bit further by a second group formed by Leandro, JuanJo y Guille.
Also, we cannot forget about the battle between the girls and our new comer Hugo, who was trying to complete “La Reserva” course for the first time.
Once again, Ezequiel and Carlos ran together most of the trial, only to get a slight separation after the second half. And at the end, executing and almost perfect action plan, it was Ezequiel who managed to finish in first place with a superb time of 17:28. That’s impressive mate!! A Fantastic achievement. Many congratulations!!
Carlos arrived in second place with another extraordinary PB in 18:11 and reducing his previous best time by exactly 1 minute. What an excellent run Carlos!! Many congrats!!
And in third position, Jordy arrived with another fantastic time of 20:24 (New PB), and little by little all the runners were concluding their runs.
Although they were trying hard, this time the girls didn’t manage to improve their times, but we could enjoy a great amount of PB on the day (Ezequiel 17:28; Carlos 18:11, Jordy 20:24 and Guillermo 25:08).
Little by little all our participants were finishing their run and they were getting together in our “Meeting area” to refresh themselves, stretch their muscles and share a great relaxing moment.
And then, once we were all together, the team took the chance to congratulate and provide a special mention to Guillermo after he completed his tenth event with us.
Once again, our congratulations to all our runners for all their great efforts.
“Another great experience in” La Reserva”; our team and the events are becoming more solid and we continue to add participants to the community “
